Encouraging start: Cambridge United's Reggie Lambe

Reggie Lambe bagged a brace in Cambridge United’s 4-0 pre-season win away to non-League side Royston Town last week.

The Bermuda winger has helped his new side win four successive pre-season games with an 8-1 victory over Cambridge City, a 4-1 success over Chelmsford Town and 7-1 triumph over St Neots Town.

Cambridge continue their pre-season programme with a visit to Braintree tomorrow before hosting Sky Bet Championship side Millwall on Saturday.

Lambe’s side are away to Port Vale in their opening game of the Sky Bet League Two season on August 4.
